Magaya Partner Program
The Magaya Partner Program is designed for companies or individuals with expertise
in the Logistics Industry who are interested in promoting Magaya Products.
Partners can either be logistics professionals or IT professionals servicing the
Logistics Industry.
Magaya Partner Program recognizes your knowledge in the Logistics Industry and
will help you profit from your expertise. There are three levels of
memberships, with increasing benefits at each successive level, this means that
you can join at a level that aligns with your business goals.
A Magaya Representative will contact you to start off the certification
process.
LEVEL I
Business Reference
Requirements
General
knowledge of the Logistics Industry is required.
Partner
must understand Magaya Products, their features and applications.
Certification
A Magaya
representative will evaluate the Partner to make sure the requirements are met.
Partner Responsibilities
The
Partner at this level is responsible for qualifying the prospect and referring
them to the Magaya Sales team.
Magaya Responsibilities
Magaya
will provide the software product and updates.
A Magaya sales representative will perform the sales presentation and close the sale.
Magaya Corporation will be responsible for the Installation of the products and
training of the new customer. Magaya Technical Support will answer all technical
support questions the customer may have.
Partner Benefits
Magaya
Corporation will pay a commission to the Partner based on a percentage of the
Sign-up fee of the sale.
LEVEL II
Certified Reseller
Requirements
Met
Level-1 Requirements
A deep
knowledge of the Logistics Industry is necessary to be certified at this level. Partner must be able to give a complete sales presentation and train new
clients.
Certification
A Magaya representative will evaluate the Partner to make sure the requirements have been
met. Partner must be able to successfully complete a sales presentation and a
training session under the supervision of a Magaya Representative.
Partner Responsibilities
Partner
will perform the sales presentation, close the sale, install the product and
train the new customer.
Magaya Responsibilities
Magaya will provide the software product and updates. Magaya’s
Technical Support department will solve any issue the new client may have during
the time they are using Magaya Products.
Partner Benefits
Magaya
Corporation will pay a higher commission to the Partner based on a percentage of
the Sign-up fee of the sale. Charges for training and installation will be paid
in full to the Partner.
LEVEL III
Certified Reseller and Support
Requirements
Met
Level-2 Requirements
Partner
must have the required infrastructure to solve any support issue the client may
have.
Certification
A Magaya
representative will evaluate the Partner to make sure the requirements are met.
Partner must pass Level-2 certification process.
A live
test must be run to ensure the quality of Partner’s Technical Support Department
meets Magaya Corporation standards.
Partner Responsibilities
Partner
will perform the sales presentation, close the sale and install the product.
Partner Technical Support department will solve any issue the new client
may have during the time he is using Magaya Products.
Magaya Responsibilities
Magaya will provide the software product and updates.
Magaya Corporation’s software development team will provide support to the
Partner’s Technical Support team.
Partner Benefits
Magaya
Corporation will pay a higher commission to the Partner based on a percentage of
the Sign-up fee of the sale. Charges for training and installation will be paid
in full to the Partner. A percentage
of the recurring monthly fee will be paid to the partner every month.
