With this release of Magaya Cargo System, Magaya Corporation also released a new product Magaya Commerce System that is fully compatible with Magaya Cargo System. Magaya Commerce System is intended for Wholesalers, Distributors, Exporters and Importers that require an accurate Sales and Purchase Orders follow-up combined with a powerful WMS to keep track of the inventory.

 COMMUNICATION

• Enhanced communication in multi-language environments. You can now easily view documents generated in another language that maybe is not even installed in your PC.
  

 CARGO OPERATIONS

• New reminder feature for the task assignment mechanism.
  
• Compatible with Magaya Commerce System. You can receive information electronically from a Magaya Commerce System or you can switch your licenses to Magaya Commerce System in a complete transparent way.
• Enhanced liquidation algorithm can now generate charges due to agents as expenses. This will provide you more control on how you want income and expenses to show in the P&L report.
• New Inventory “In and out” report. It shows beginning balance, incoming inventory, outgoing inventory and ending balance for each inventory item.
• New field for expiration date of known shipper to further compile with TSA regulations. No cargo can be shipped for an expired known shipper.
• Ability to enter multiple addresses for any entity. Addresses are related to ports so the system will pull the appropriate address in the cargo transactions: Shipments, Warehouse Receipts, Pickup Orders, etc.
• Ability to specify the Destination Delivery Agent and the Destination Pickup Address for shipment release.
• Ability to handle inventory of identical part numbers for different clients.
• Ability to receive incoming shipments per houses or receive from the master and create a Warehouse Receipt for each house or one WHR for the entire consolidation. Before we only have the option to receive it at master level.

 ACCOUNTING

• Enhancements to reconciliation procedure. Now the reconciliation reports for previous reconciliation are available at any time needed.
