The use of the Magaya software in our business is crucial; our experience with Magaya
has been phenomenal. I have many customers set up to view their warehouse receipts

At Abad Air, Inc. our customers are very happy with the tracking portion of Magaya and we take full advantage
with the attachments because we all of our documentation related with the
shipments so the clients can access their doc’s on the web.
We have decreased the volume of phone calls because the client have everything
right on the web and they don’t have to make a call to track the shipment. In addition,
we have had major savings with our international calling from minimal phone calls to be made..

At the beginning,
it was difficult to change to a new system and now it is very difficult to work

American River was very impressed with the windows user interface, the web tracker
with full documentation, the user friendly data entry screens and most importantly
the capability of exporting any fields/files that we needed in many various formats
XML/CSV to our other applications. The company is always there to answer any questions
we have.

I have been speaking to all my co-workers that have access to Magaya Cargo System
and up to now we are all very pleased.
Even though we use a partial portion of the system, we find what we use to be easy
and people friendly. The fucntionality of having our screens connected to one another
has made everyting much easier and faster to operate. We can now cut and AirWay
Bill much faster than we normally would have. Since the entire systemis composed
of drop down menus, locating information is easier than ever.
Our accounting department is especially happy with the system. What they like most
about the system is that accounting and operations are linked together. Unlike other
export programs, with Magaya your operations and accounting are not running on seperate
platforms but run along seamlessly. Another advantage, is having assigned numbers
for every invoice owed making the payable system much smoother and easy to track.
Becuase of this, we have been able to find cases where ther have been double bills,
but because Magaya keeps track of our invoices paid we are able to catch them beforehand.
Your tech support team has been very helpful and always been very cooperative with what has been requested of them. We needed to have changes made and documents added to our software to be able to accomodate our normal operations. In closing, the overall use of Magaya's Cargo System and the cooperation of the Magaya company employees has been a pleasent experience.

Magaya's WMS is a complete and easy to use program, affordable and the spanish language
version is a very good thing for our employees who are primarily spanish speaking.
Our customers like to have the inventory visibility over the web, and we love to
give them better service with the help of Magaya's WMS.

Magaya has allowed us to efficiently create, send and track our shipments. Our agent
is able to see cargo inbound and process documentation in advance. Tech support
has been very helpful whenever I have had a question, which gives our company peace
of mind knowing that our vendor supports the product.

happening to my business. The ability to locate cargo and trace it back and forward

The Magaya System is the best tool every freight forwarder must have. It made our
day-to-day operations a lot easer.
The feature I like the most is the ability to add House Air Bills (as many as you
want) and Master will adjust itself.
The system is very friendly and anyone can get learn to use it.

three years ago, hoping that it will help us to solve export documentation problem.
That was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Magaya Cargo System has helped

After our company diligently searched with various vendors for a customized web
based program; we were quite elated to discover that Magaya had exactly what we
needed.
From initial contact on through to the demonstration, installation, training, follow
up and support; their professionalism was evident. The program was an easy transition
for staff as it resembles Windows Explorer and thus was very user friendly.
Furthermore, the application also affords our customers the access to view documentation
in real time which serves as an added value service for us. Overall we could not
be more pleased with the entire package.

for the past three (3) years and have found it to be quite useful for the preparation
of our Export Shipments.
What we have found most useful about Magaya’s Cargo System is the ease of use when
preparing documentation for Consolidated Cargo.
As a company that operates internationally (Jamaica W.I.), we must say that the
Magaya Cargo System is one of the few Logistics Software Systems that we have found
to be quite adaptable to our local Export System.

The Magaya software has overall been a wonderful experience for our company. It
is a very fast and easy to use program and has tons of different actions that one
can learn in order to facilitate the work especially when searching for shipments,
documents, etc. This software has been an asset to our company in many ways. Not
only does it save time but its method of organization is fantastic especially within
a company that has multiple departments.
Being in the export industry, we definitely need a one of kind trust worthy program
that can handle all of our shipments, as well as help us organize ourselves better,
save time and have quick and direct access to ANY information. Magaya is truly one

We have been with Magaya for quite a few years now and I have seen the program evolve
into a much more impressive system, which continues to improve.
My original quest was to find a system to help the company establish controls within
the warehouse and to organize the cargo flow. Magaya was the system recommended
to us by a forwarder friend and I have seen the software improve with time. From
the time we started using the software (+/- 2001) I have met others who use the
program and are very happy with it.
Magaya has allowed us to establish controls that were very much necessary in our
business. And the MIS functions it incorporates, plus its ease of use, give us the
ability to establish a more modular system. This, in turn, gives us the ability
to teach the system to almost anyone and makes it less necessary to hire someone
who has extensive experience in the freight business. The end result is increased
productivity, with added controls, and a much greater ability to provide efficient
customer service.

We have to say that working with the Magaya Software makes our day to day operations
simple. First of all, from the software standpoint, the application is robust and
has great reliability even in our complex server environment. The support department
is quick to respond to any questions within minutes. As for the application itself,
having accounting, warehouse management and shipment management all-in-one application
saves us money and reduces the possibilities of mistakes. We would highly recommend
Magaya to any IAC looking for a powerful solution.

I would like to congratulate Magaya Corporation for designing a software product
that is a perfect fit for the small to medium International Freight Forwarder market.
In my fifteen years in this industry I have interviewed, selected, and implemented
several software products and must admit yours is the most user friendly. Magaya
Corporation has done an excellent job in considering the main requirements in our
industry by combining a very strong warehousing system into a dynamic logistics
operations program that is user friendly, flexible, and client friendly.
Magaya has thankfully eliminated the large investment in computer mainframe and
is further enhanced by the ease of data transfer among offices and/or participating
agents. The cargo tracking system is excellent and one of the few that allows clients
to view their orders progress from production to terminal to final delivery. We
are able to value add the process by adding shipper documentation to our data which,
when transferred and delivered at destination, allows all to view up the minute
status with access to all pertinent paperwork.
One of the most valuable assets for InterStar, Inc. is the Technical and Customer
support group. Our team has had nothing but positive comments on the assistance,
quality, and timeliness of responses.
