The Purchasing cycle
This complete integration facilitates the creation of Purchase Orders allowing you to automatically create
the Pickup Order(s) to bring the merchandise to the warehouse eliminating the need for data re-entry,
when the merchandise physically arrives in the warehouse you can
automatically create the warehouse receipt entry and simultaneously
create the Accounts Payable entries to process the
received inventory into accounting.
The Sales cycle
When a Sales Order is created you can simultaneously create the Release Order to deliver the
merchandise to the customer and the Accounts Receivables entries (invoices) to collect payment
from your customer. Your customers can track these procedures through the Internet by using Magaya
Live Track or Magaya Transaction Tracking.
