
Magaya LiveTrack is the most revolutionary cargo tracking software tool in the market today,

Warehouse Receipts, Cargo Releases, Shipments, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Jobs and Invoices as they pertain
to them immediately; on-line. In addition, they will be able to view and print all the documentation
as it relates to their cargo in a clear and accurate format.

Login Information
When you execute Magaya LiveTrack, the login dialog will appear requesting your authentication in order to connect to the appropriate cargo company from where you can track your cargo.
Your authentication consists of:
- Cargo Agent Network ID: This is a unique ID identifying the cargo agent
in Magaya Network.
- Login name: Your user name which is your identification in the cargo company.
- Password: Your user password associated with your login name.
Remark: This information must be provided to you by the cargo company.

Tracking Features
After a successful connection to the Cargo Company a tracking page will be created and the following
options will be available:

When selecting this option you will be able to see the Pickup Orders that have been created
for you and their current status. To view orders for a specific time period, simply select the
dates using the drop-down list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
The Pickup Orders will then be displayed. Select the desired order and click the View button at the
bottom. A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the order in its entirety and print
it if you wish.

When selecting this option you will be able to see the Warehouse Receipts that have been created
for you and their current status. To view receipts for a specific period of time, simply select
the dates using the drop-down list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
The Warehouse Receipts will then be displayed. Select the desired receipt and click the View button
at the bottom. A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the receipt in its entirety
and print it if you wish. If the receipt is not on hand you will be able to see where each item
was shipped (Airway bill or Bill of lading number) in the item notes. In this screen you will see
also any image or scanned document related to your cargo.

When selecting this option you will be able to see the Cargo Releases that have been created
for you. To view Cargo Releases for a specific time period, simply select the dates using
the drop-down list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
The Cargo Releases will then be displayed. Select the desired Cargo Release and click the View
button at the bottom. A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the Cargo Release
in its entirety and print it if you wish.

When selecting this option you will be able to see the Shipments that have been created for
you and their current status. To view shipments for a specific time period, simply select
the dates using the drop-down list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
The Shipments will then be displayed. Select the desired shipment and click the View button
at the bottom. A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the shipment in its entirety
and print it if you wish. In addition, you will also see the documents that have been attached
to the selected shipment. You can double click on any document or select the document and click
on the "View document" button in order to see it and print it.

When selecting this option you will be able to see Invoices that have been created for you.
To view Invoices for a specific time period, simply select the Dates using the drop-down
list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
The Invoices will then be displayed. Select the desired invoice and click the View button at
the bottom. A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the Invoice in its entirety
and print it if you wish. For each invoice you can see if it has been paid and if not what is
the amount due.

Shows all items being handled. This Item can be part of any transaction like your Warehouse Receipts, Pickup Orders,
Shipments, Purchase Orders or Sales Orders. This is an easy way to see your transactions and items level all together for reporting.

Shows inventory availablity by Part Number.

Shows all Jobs being processed for you. Jobs are ways to group all transactions
that are related.
From here you can track the development of the requests and see all related transactions as they occur.
For Example in a Job you can see the Purchase Order, and the Pickup Order issued to bring the merchandise
to the warehouse, the Warehouse Receipt and the Shipment are created to deliver the merchandise.

When selecting this option you will be able to see Sales Orders that are being processed for you.
To view the Sales Orders for a specific time period, simply select the dates using the drop-down
list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
Select the desired Sales Orders and click the View button at the bottom.
A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the complete Sales Order
and print it if you wish. For each Sales Orders you can see the status of the contained items
and follow up the complete process.

When selecting this option you will be able to see Purchase Orders that are
being processed for you.
To view Purchase Orders for a specific time period, simply select the dates using the drop-down
list or enter a From/To date and click on the "Refresh" button.
Select the desired Purchase Orders and click the View button at the bottom.
A popup window will be displayed and you can now view the complete Purchase Order
and print it if you wish. For each Purchase Orders you can see the status of the contained items.

- Choose Columns : Permits you to select the columns you wish to display and print.
You can also select the columns order.
- Export Data : Permits you to select the columns you wish to export.
You can also select the columns order and the directory where the file will be
located after it has been exported. This file is exported in a Comma Delimited
Format (CSV) which you can open using others applications such as Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Word and others.

Once the information has been retrieved, you can rearrange the columns to suit your needs
by simply clicking on the column. Depending on the column selected, the information will be
rearranged. Note that an arrow
