Training

Magaya training materials have been created to help you get the most out of your Magaya software. Training resources include how-to tips, short videos that focus on one task and demonstrate the steps, and more detailed explanations in the user manuals. Magaya Corporation also offers training classes and technical support.

The training materials are available on the Magaya website 24 hours a day so you can access them when you need them. Check back here often as we add new resources for you.

Webinars

Sign up for live webinars to introduce new employees to Magaya software, brush up on existing skills, or learn how to do something new. These are especially designed for new users. Advanced users will also find there is always something new to learn. The sessions are organized to focus on one topic at a time. Join us Tuesdays and Thursdays for these training sessions. These optimizations are not required to use version 8.5, but they are recommended, especially for companies with large databases. The new version saves attachments and photographs outside your database, creates space by recycling records, shrinks historical data, and shrinks the database. When the optimization processes are completed, the database will be approximately 80% smaller.
