The VIN Decoder plug-in is designed for shipping cars and exporting all types of vehicles. Give your customers real-time updates of their Magaya transactions on their smart phones with the new Track2Go mobile app. Track freight, see shipment status, view inventory, invoices, and more, right on a mobile device or smart phone at any time.

Express Link

Use Express Link to ship items domestically and internationally with UPS and FedEx directly from your Magaya system. Save time by requesting shipments from UPS or FedEx and printing labels using the details already entered in your Magaya system. A link tracking link connects to the UPS or FedEx tracking website, so your customers can check the package status any time. 

XML-API

The API connects your Magaya system with other systems such as accounting programs or to integrate order processing. The API is a XML Web Service so it can be used with the most popular programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, Java and C++.

Transaction Tracking

Email transaction links to your customers directly from your Magaya system. It's automated to give them the current status of their transactions, including any changes or events that have occurred since the link was created.

Online Bookings

This plug-in allows Magaya customers using the Magaya Cargo System or the Magaya Supply Chain Solution to receive Online Booking requests from their clients. Your customers can request the mode of transport, port of origin, and dates for departure and arrival for cargo items.

Online Shipping Orders

With Online Shipping Orders, your customers and agents can send shipping instructions to you 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world. They can include a preferred mode of transport and a destination port. An Online Pickup Orders feature is built in, giving your customers the option to print labels at their location, ensuring order accuracy.

AMS (Automated Manifest System)

This fully integrated plug-in enables you to comply with US Customs regulations for all cargo arriving in the US. Send documentation required for ocean and air imports in advance of the cargo arrival.

SmartBorder ABI Integration

File US Customs entries and releases for imports right from your Magaya system with the SmartBorder Automated Broker Interface (ABI). All your shipment data is transferred to Customs via the ABI system. Messages are sent back to Magaya's integrated accounting system, including Customs charges for duties, fees and taxes.

ISF (Importer Security Filing)

Magaya ISF enables you to send required shipment data to Customs from your Magaya system. With Magaya ISF, you can meet the 10 + 2 Importer Security Filing initiative for all cargo before the vessel arrives in the US.

Denied Party Screening

This plug-in connects to the current U.S. list of denied parties and screens the entities in your Magaya system to verify if any parties in the transaction are on the list before you send a transaction to U.S. Customs. This plug-in can also screen for banned countries and verify any list of entities in your system such as the customers, vendors, or carriers and vessels, ensuring compliance with U.S. requirements.

ACE (Automated Commercial Environment)

The Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) plug in enables you to comply with US Customs filing requirements by sending your export shipment documentation electronically to US Customs from within Magaya software to the ACE. The system was formerly known as Automated Export System (AES).
