How to use Magaya LiveTrack?

With Magaya LiveTrack you can keep track of cargo moved by companies that are part of the Magaya Network.

In order to see your cargo, you must have a login name and password given to you by the Cargo Agent Company. You must also have the ID of that company in the Magaya Network. The Cargo Agent Company should give you this information via an invitation email.

To see the status of your cargo you must enter the Cargo Agent's ID, the login name and password then click "Login".

  For a demo tracking use:
  Login: magaya
  Password: magaya
  Agent ID: 13939

Double-Click on the items in the list to see the selected transaction in another window. From the transaction window right-click and select "Print" if you want a printed copy of your transaction.

The cargo status is shown in a color code as indicated below.

  Arriving The cargo is in a Pickup Order.
Pending The cargo is pending to be received (assign a location) at the warehouse.
Ordered The cargo has been ordered to the provider with a Purchase Order.
On Hand The cargo is in the warehouse.
Loaded The cargo is loaded in a Cargo Release or a Shipment.
In Transit The cargo has already left the warehouse and is on route to its destination.
At Destination The cargo has already arrived at its destination point.
Delivered The cargo has been delivered to the consignee.
