A charismatic and visionary leader, Gary brings decades of software industry experience to his role at Magaya. Having most recently served as CEO and board member of IQMS Software, Gary previously held the role of COO at HighJump Software, Senior VP at Infor, and was the founder and CEO of DataTrend Information Systems, which provided ERP solutions to the JD Edward and PeopleSoft community. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Behavioral Psychology from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Michael brings to Magaya his wealth of experience investing in and growing SaaS and technology companies. He has served as a Board Member at Magaya since early 2019. Having joined LLR Partners in 2007, where he is now a Principal, Michael also sits on the board of several technology companies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Economics with a Finance concentration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

A senior private equity investment professional, David shares his extensive software industry experience, leadership, and business development capabilities with the Magaya team in his role as Board Member. David is also a Partner with LLR Partners, a private equity firm committed to creating long-term value by growing its portfolio companies including Magaya. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

As one of the founding partners, Jesus has devoted the last twenty years of his life to building Magaya into the successful enterprise it is today. Jesus has held several key leadership roles in the company, starting as President before moving on to Co-CEO, and now Chief Strategy Officer. His passion for engineering, customer service, and teamwork is infused in the Magaya culture and has contributed to the success of the company over the years. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Computer Science from Technological University of Habana José Antonio Echeverría, Havana, Cuba.

Jose is one of the founding partners at Magaya, where he began as Vice-President of Technology before moving on to Co-CEO, and now Chief R&D Officer. His commitment to technical excellence and innovation has been paramount to the company’s growth and success over the past twenty years. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Polytechnic University José Antonio Echeverría, where he also served as a Professor of Software Engineering.

One of the founding partners at Magaya, Gabriel made many of the company’s early sales. As a current Board Member, he continues to be involved in driving corporate revenue through new products, sales initiatives, alliances, and acquisitions. His keen entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in automation technology, international business, and management have been – and continue to be – integral to the company’s success since its inception in 2001. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Global.
