Porter Industries initially turned to Magaya through a referral from a long-time customer. The company selected Magaya Customs Compliance to help establish its FTZ operation and bring key customs processes in-house. Porter valued Magaya’s local presence, deep FTZ expertise, and hands-on guidance through the U.S. Customs and Border Protection setup and approval process.

As the project progressed, Porter Industries expanded its technology investment to include Magaya Supply Chain. Its existing warehouse management system could not manage the same SKU across multiple warehouse locations, a core requirement for the company’s growing inventory and new FTZ operation. Magaya Supply Chain gives Porter a connected system for warehouse inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and related operational workflows.
