Inward Cargo Report (ICR)
Advance report air and ocean cargo destined for New Zealand, including empty containers, request movement of cargo as a transshipment, or initiate clearance of shipments that don’t require an Import Declaration. ICR includes electronic Domestic Transshipment Requests (DTR) and International Transshipment Requests (ITR).
Outward Cargo Report (OCR)
Carriers can file OCR to report cargo loaded on departed ships and aircraft, and consolidators and freight forwarders can gain authorisation to load consolidation consignments for export. Filing requires an EDO (Export Delivery Order).
Cargo Report Export (CRE)
File CRE for clearance of export consignments with a FOB value under NZ$1,000, including reporting of sub-consolidations so every house shipment in the consolidation clears customs without delay.
